Enoteca Istriana offers a unique service and an intimate boutique atmosphere on the picturesque Pula's main square, Forum. Your hosts, Alena and Mladen, are brilliant sommeliers and connoisseurs of fine Istrian wines and delicacies, the prosciutto-ham and the world-renowned extra virgin olive oils.
Alena and Mladen will generously share their experience and knowledge about the local wines, they will introduce you to
the beauties of the region and accompany you throughout your holiday in Istria.

Alena
SommelierAlena is an awarded sommelier and a licensed tourist guide for the Istrian County for German and Italian language with an exhaustive experience in the wine and the gourmet sector, collaborating on a number of wine events. She is also an ordinary member of the Croatian Sommelier Club Commission during sommelier examinations, a member of the Association De La Sommelier International, and a moderator at the wine workshops.
Mladen
Tour managerEnoteca Istriana manager and a wine tour organiser, highly experienced in management, business organisation and event planning. Mladen has an in-depth knowledge of Istria, its culture and history that he will happily share while travelling with his customers on the magical journey towards the best Istrian wines.
